This is not a usual house share but a friendly home - all working adults. People meet and have a chat from time to time. Everyone leads their own life.
The house is close to Torquay schools, hospital and town centre.
I am happy to let on a Monday to Friday basis at a slightly reduced rate.
Couple pay another £10 a week.
There is an option atm for a couple or a single person to rent one room and also rent the second room at a discounted price to use as a separate sitting room or office.
There is unrestricted parking within 30 seconds of the house and also hard standing for 2 small to medium cars in front of the house.
Bedding & towels can be available if needed.
Its a quiet'ish house. Everyone works. There's a peaceful garden you can sit out in when its sunny. Or tend to if you love gardening and want to grow your own!
