New double ensuite room near Torbay hospital

We have a lovely new double/twin ensuite room with its own private hallway & entrance.
What you see in the pictures is the whole set up, so no kitchen, lounge etc.
My husband and I live in the main house, so you are completely private and will not be sharing your room with anyone.
There is a lock box/key code self entry system.
The room has tea making facilities, a television with Freeview/DVD built-in, a selection of DVD's &
free wifi. There is free parking on the premises or free on street nearby.
There are great amenities close by, Devon Dumpling Pub, good food and drinks, a nearby Co-Op that is open until 11pm everyday, Teaspoons cafe serving a great breakfast.
We are a 10 minute walk to Torbay hospital.

The front door to our house is shared by us , but your room is accessed via a door from the main porch. This opens into to a private hallway which leads to your room. The hallway is big enough to keep bicycles safely.
