Double Room Available

A cosy, easy going, friendly, clean house, in a nice cul-de-sac, looking for a replacement lodger for my bright, newly decorated spare room.

The price is only £65 due to the fact that there's no parking outside the house (you would need to park on the road) and because it's not a shared lounge.

My existing lodger and I do shifts or unsociable hours so it is nice when we do actually bump into each other and maybe have dinner together.

The room has a small double bed in, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of draws and an optional shelving unit.

You will have the use of the washing machine and most household appliances.

Although I am a smoker I do not allow smoking in the house at all. There is a smoking area at the rear of the property.

I have two dogs that love everyone. If you are home I would appreciate you opening the back door for them to go out. They do spend the nights indoors, downstairs. They are not allowed upstairs.

Full time worker (30+ hours) only please.

The deposit is £65.00 (one weeks rent) and a weeks rent up front and then each Sunday after which has to be paid by bank transfer/standing order.
