Beautiful home overlooking the harbour and Torquay Marina. Centrally located in the heart of Torquay harbourside. The shops, taxis and buses are right outside the front door. Although centrally located, the flat is a haven of peace and tranquility. There is nothing more wonderful than sitting on the balcony (32ft long!)with a glass of wine, the warm glow of the sun on your face and watching the boats and the world go by. The flat benefits from all mod cons. There is fast broadband here too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including kitchen utensils so no need to bring anything. This is a large double room with a large double wardrobe and wonderful views of the harbour (photo of this room not available as currently occupied). We hope you are happy to share the cost of a cleaner who comes once a week/fortnight. Gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband all included. We would like someone who is mature, independent, has a good sense of humour, enjoys socialising and good company but at the same time understands that we need space and quiet times especially if working the next day. This is a calm, peaceful and professional household.
