Beautiful spacious studio room, simply furnished with IKEA sofa bed with storage below, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and ample shelving. French windows lead to a small private deck. Own well-equipped kitchen with dining area adjacent. Lovely bright wc/shower room. Use of shared washing machine and dryer.

Although the let is single, visitors are welcome by agreement.

Central heating, superfast broadband and phone point. Could suit someone working from home. Quiet location in central Totnes. Room is in a very private part of a large house, but there is also a large entrance space with shared sitting area and an adjacent dining area for use by all occupants.

You must be non-smoker! References and a deposit required. Monthly rent includes ALL bills.
