Designed & created especially for guests, the split level loft has a luxury ensuite, comfy super-king bed, & lounge. A full private kitchen is adjacent to the suite although accessed via a communal landing. The front door and hallway are a shared space. But the loft - consisting of large lounge, bedroom and large ensuite - are entirely private.
We're a quiet household who don't play loud media. So we're looking for a couple who don't mind doing likewise. Unfortunately, due to the space being fully furnished we cannot accommodate guest furniture.
Council tax, parking, broadband, gas, electric, water charges included (to a generous set amount). Household insurance is payable to Airbnb. This is a long-stay Airbnb let that's fully covered by their guest protection policy.
