Looking for a lovely new housemate to join me in gorgeous flat right in the centre of Totnes.

The room is large, light and spacious with lots of storage space. The flat is modern and stylish.

This is an initial 6 month contract, with possibility to extend longer term. There is a small patio at the back, and parking permit possible, but it is a 5 minute walk away.

About me:

In my early 30s and like a balance of work and play. My work focuses on building more sustainable and socially just communities across the UK. I care deeply about climate change, equality and making a positive impact.

I also love to have a good time and enjoy swimming, walking, reading, dancing, yoga, cooking nice food, have interesting conversations and a good party once in a while.
