One mega room for £670 or two for £800

Hello you beautiful people! 🌸

We’re looking for someone to come and join us in our slightly ramshackle but delightful farmhouse five mins drive from Totnes from end of Oct. You’d share a big kitchen and living room (with woodburner) with one other lovely chap (we’ve got our own kitchen and bathroom and living room) and your room is a really cool mega spacious room overlooking loads of beautiful Devon hills and it’s south facing so it gets loads of sun (£670 all in). Theres also another good sized room that can fit a double bed in right next to it which can also be rented out for extra if you’d like for friends / family to stay or as an office / craft / therapy space (£800 if you take both rooms). Open to suggestions.

We’ve then got a few acres of land with some woodland, plenty of oak and hazel, that you can use for growing and fire spaces or yodelling or whatever. In addition there’s also a big workshop and of course plenty of parking. Oh and three cats and (currently) 3 chickens and i think a fox maybe too deep in the woods.

- Probably going to say no to further cats and creatures
- Prefer maturer people and a working person ideally.
- Must have own transport unless you’re a confident cyclist.
