Hi, I'm Harry and I have a furnished double room (it will have a new mattress) available in a newly decorated house, about 6 mins walk from the top end of the high street and 10 mins walk from the train station.

I'm looking for medium term let, ideally 3-6 months, but could potentially be longer or shorter.

The house has:

Cosy living room with log burner

Kitchen with separate but open plan dining room

Downstairs bathroom (bath and shower)

Garden that gets sun most of the day and a covered deck with fire pit, (heat lamp coming soon)

Fast internet
Storage space under bed
Room for more furniture
Washing machine and espresso machine
Full weights set etc in covered outdoor gym space
Maybe chickens coming soon

You can apply for an on-street parking permit from SHDC for £65/year, depending on your vehicles road tax band.

Looking for a considerate, likeminded, friendly single professional (25+) who keeps things clean and tidy. I work from home full time, in a separate office room, so will be around a lot. I'm sociable but also respectful of peoples space etc.

Smoking outside ok
Pets maybe ok
Cats definitely ok
Drugs, parties and noise late etc not ok

Rent is £500 pm plus bills which will be about £130 per month, so about £630 pm all in. (It's council tax band B.)

I'm happy to agree a fixed amount on bills if you prefer, and some bills I'm covering myself anyway.

And I've got plenty of logs
