Large double ensuite or large double with separate bathroom available. Fully furnished house (apart from bed in the new tenants room). Access to all amenities within the property and garden with unrestricted parking on the road outside.

Sharing with me (the current tenant/ son of the owner). It's a lovely property that's been in the family for years, a little dated but I'm slowly renovating it. I'm a 32 year old male, working full time and studying in the evenings. Interests include surfing, cycling and exploring the outdoors.

Looking to share my home with a clean and tidy individual who is happy to share a quiet peaceful house (no parties, smoking or excessive drinking).

Ideal candidate will be in full time employment and (ideally) not work from home, but this is by no means a deal breaker.

Council tax band D (approximately £300 per month, split equally with the other bills).
