This is a lovely double room in a house in the Bridgetown area of Totnes. It is within a cul de sac so is quiet and safe. The room is fully furnished with a bed and fitted wardrobe. You will have access to a kitchen, bathroom and separate wc with all the usual amenities. There is a lounge that can be shared for most of the time although I sometimes entertain. The rent is inclusive of all bills including wifi.
A little about me. I'm a retired teacher and like to travel to explore different parts of the world so I'm not home all the time. I have two cats who need attention so I am hoping to attract a tenant who is happy with that arrangement. I'm looking for a working person who is considerate when living in a shared living space.
