Bright, south facing room with stunning views down towards Woolacombe Beach. The room comes with a chest of drawers and white hanging rail. It has been recently decorated including a new carpet. The room does not presently have a double bed (Lockdown guidelines) but one will be available if required.
Rent includes the use of a shared kitchen, bathroom, shower room, large communal lounge, patio with views to the coast, ample parking and a shed to store surfboards etc.
The house is presently occupied by one female and one male both in their 20s, who work shift patterns. Therefore, a respectful yet sociable tenant is required.
One month's rent is required and a deposit of £150 on first day of tenancy.
