Our studio apartment is set within the grounds of our large house. It is well away from the main house and we respect the privacy of our tenants.
We are within a short stroll to Beaminster Town- a bustling place with several Cafe's, Restaurants, Pubs and Hotel (not currently open due to C-19). Also a butcher, baker, grocers, post office, pharmacy and general store.
The studio is a large bright room with separate shower room and kitchenette. It has it's own private gravel garden with it's own parking, outside furniture and fire-pit.
It is all set up with kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery etc , and is fully furnished with king-size bed, sofa and small dining table. It has TV (via an Ariel) no wi-fi but a good 4G signal.
The price includes electricity and council tax.
This would ideally suit a single person. Sorry- no pets allowed. We're looking for an initial 2/3 month stay with the possibility to extend.
