Nice Double Room in Shared Property

Hi i have a nice single / double room, the room is not furnished, pictures show current flatmate she will be moving to her own place after staying here 9 years so will now be spare, the property is located in Bearwood, close to shops and bus route, full use of lounge and tv etc to do what you like, the bungalow is reasonable clean and tidy, and relaxed.

You would not be confined to a room as you can use the place as you like, the lounge does not get used very often so is a perfect place to chill

This not a family house or a student house so is quite chilled and relaxed without feeling uncomfortable as sometimes happens in family environments.

The house currently has 3 guys and a female she will be leaving in around March I will then redecorate room along with new carpet as has been there for a while the others ranging from late 20s to mid 40!! Ish

People in the house don’t seem to socialise and keep themselves to themselves which is fine and seems to work ok.

Room is now empty decorated with new carpet and available now

Any info give us a shout please.
