Good size double room to rent in well kept, modern property. Located approx a mile from town centre but bus stop a few hundred yards away and a short walk to Lidl and the conservation area and trailway, which is beautiful.

Room fitted with a double bed, chest of drawers and a hanging clothes rail. Room comes with exclusive use of own bathroom next door.

South facing Garden and decking area, no designated parking but parking in front of house not a problem on kerbside. Use of communal areas washing machine, Internet and all bills included.

Flexible on whether someone requires Mon-Fri or for whole week.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf locally, road cycling and meeting up with close friends for a cosy beer. I currently don’t go out much in the week and therefore enjoy watching movies and listening to music. I am a relatively quiet person but sociable and like to keep a clean and tidy house.
