Spacious room near Bournemouth train station

Hi. This is a nice, large room available for single occupancy in a spacious house share which is located about a 5 minute walk from Bournemouth train station. I have listed it as available form the 1st of December but it's possible it might be available a week or two before that.

This is a really good size room in a larger than average sized house.
It was recently redecorated and has modern Ikea furniture.

There are very good bus and train links nearby and it's about a 10 minute walk to the Landsdowne and 20 minutes to Bournemouth town centre, the beach and Boscombe. For shopping Asda, Aldi and Lidl are all very near.

The current housemates are a group of young working people aged roughly between 24 to 30 years old, currently 2 Polish and 2 British, 3 female and 1 male. They are friendly but also respectful of each others space.

There are some smokers but it's a no smoking building so smoking is strictly outside only.

The house is fully licensed as a HMO with Bournemouth Council so the rooms are restricted to single occupancy only and are not available to couples. There will be a maximum of 5 housemates, 1 person per room.

I will be seeking someone for this room who is thoughtful and considerate to others and that cleans up well after themselves.
Sorry but I can't accept pets and I prefer to rent rooms at this house to people without cars.
