Myself and my partner live downstairs and maintain the building and grounds. The only thing we ask is that you clean up after yourselves and keep communal areas tidy with doors and gates kept closed(this is a must!)
We do have 3 loving dogs that wont have access to upstairs (bedrooms and bathroom) and will be supervised in communal areas. There are also other reptiles and furries.
There is also a cat upstairs so must be animal lovers.
