Clean, bright, flat share: Surrey Road, Westbourne

I have a large, double, furnished room available which will suit a quiet single, professional (ideally a graduate). It's a beautiful flatshare and backs onto the upper part of Bournemouth gardens. 'The square' (town centre) is a 20-minute walk. Starbucks in Westbourne is less than 10 minutes away. The flat has modern decor throughout, and the bedroom is large, warm and comfortable. There's a nice size kitchen, and a clean bathroom and separate toilet. The lounge is spacious and comfortable, and has a DVD collection in addition to Virgin broadband/WiFi. The balcony is lovely in summer. You'll find all the expected facilities. For some strange reason, two of my last three flatmates were actuaries working at LV!
