The flat is fully furnished, with the bedroom having a pine double bed, chest of drawers, bedside unit, large wardrobe, and a desk. The room is very bright but has black-out curtains to make sure no light gets in for sleeping.
Very large kitchen which has 2 fridge freezers, gas oven and hobs, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Overall the entire flat is very bright, spacious and has a perfect location - right on the highstreet which means it is within walking distance to all amenities; Sainsbury's, Aldi Boscanova cafe, 6 mins from the beach, 10 min walk to Pokesdown train station and just 50m to the bus station!
Parking is free on the surrounding roads, just a couple of minutes away, and easily available without restriction which is what I do every day with ease.
Looking for a fun relaxed person easy going, tidy and clean to rent the room.
I am chilled and easy to get along with and enjoy getting involved in most things. I have lived here for over 3 years and love the flat and its location. I drive and parking isn't an issue for me!
