Also two nice, quiet double and single rooms coming available in early Sept and October in Eastcliff, Bournemouth.

Property and location suited to international students/workers. We are looking for someone who is considerate, responsible and friendly.

Household facilities including: washing machine, kitchen and bathroom etc shared with 3 pleasant flatmates - all working or studying. The flat is always kept clean and tidy being managed and maintained by resident owner. An outside area is available for laundry and bicycle storage.

The property is very close to several language schools and many local employment opportunities. It is one mile from the town centre with easy access via chine-gardens (walk/cycle) or numerous bus-routes (5 minutes)

A good selection of major high street shops are just around the corner (within 1 minute) and include: M&S, Tesco, Starbucks, Spar and several banks.

Local and national transport connections within immediate locality including coaches and trains to London, taxi rank and bus-stops

The twin/double room is available from 10 Sept and can be taken as a single at £100/week or at £170/week as a double or twin for two people with payment made every four weeks.

The double room in Eastcliff is available at £90/week for one person or £150 for two.

The single room will be available from 19 Oct at £90/week.

Wireless internet access is provided on a goodwill basis with no charge.
Energy bills (gas & electricity) charged on a monthly basis currently around £4/week per person.

There is a minimum stay of 16 weeks required and 4 weeks notice to be given before leaving. Eight weeks rent in advance is required as a first payment. Four weeks rent will be returned on finishing.
