Nice sized empty (at present) room available in flat. Room is adjacent to 2 teenage boys who aren't the quietest (honesty is the best policy). Rent includes all bills, shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom with one other (me) I work Mon-Fri 6 am to 6 pm, i have my grandchildren to stay most Friday nights. I'm quite social like to chat but also need my space. Parking is available off road outside, there is a shared garden and space for bike in shed. First floor flat near shop and bus route into town, also very close to Bournemouth UNI Talbot Campus.
