We have a double en-suite room available in our large detatched house located in a quite cul de sac which is a short walk from JP Morgan, Bournemouth Hospital and the Littledown Centre. Available to rent monthly from 1/04/21. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is also a separate lounge/tv room and a kitchenette with microwave, single induction hob, kettle, toaster, fridge and iron for tenants use. We currently have one tenant (male) who stays 3 nights a week only with whom you would share the kitchen and lounge area with. My husband and myself use a different part of the house. A parking space can be available if required. There is also space in the garage for a bike.
