We have a bright and airy double room available for rent in a modern attic conversion, with its own shower room and toilet. It's a clean, calm and welcoming home in a popular residential area of Bournemouth.
You would be sharing our comfortable home with myself and my lovely, young daughter, and the upstairs facilities with one quiet and friendly working female student, who has been living with us happily for the last 18 months.
We are 2 mins' walk from Charminster with its wide-ranging amenities of shops, bars and a great choice of multi-cultural restaurants and cafés. Being about 2 km. from Bournemouth Square, we are within walking distance, and about 20 mins' walk from the train and coach stations. There are plenty of buses to Bournemouth and Poole town centres, along with easy access to A338, RBH, JP Morgan and Bournemouth Uni.. of course, the beaches are nearby too.
The room is bright with modern furnishings and blackout blinds. There is your upstairs shower room alongside shared usage, if desired, of the family bathroom and separate toilet. Amenities include the kitchen with storage, washing machine and a garden for sunny (dry!) days. WiFi and all bills are included.
We are looking for someone who is relaxed, friendly and considerate. We all enjoy company, whilst also respecting others' space and privacy; someone who shares these values would be ideal.
