I have a Nice double room to let in a well presented fully furnished town centre flat with respectful, polite and trustworthy tenants in situ.

The room is available from Monday 22/06/20
All bills are included ( i. e. council tax, water, electricity, gas, Wifi and TV license )

The room itself is tidy, light and airy with one big window looking straight over the Bournemouth Highstreet.

The room comes fully furnished with large double bed and wardrobe and all the essentials etc.

The flat has a seperate communal lounge with sofa and TV to relax in and a shared well presented communal kitchen and communal bathroom.
The price for the Room is - £90 a week ( with all bills included obviously )

A deposit of £300 will be required when you begin your tenancy.

Contract lengths can be discussed and i am welcome to long and short term contracts depending on what you want / need

I am a private landlord who owns three flats in Bournmeouth and i dont use any agencies so you can deal with me directly which i have found all my tenants much prefer.

I am looking for a polite, respectful and trustworthy individual.

Proof or income will be required.

This is a 3 bedroom flat share with the current tenants being Italian who work full time. They're extremely friendly and welcoming and really easy to get along with.
