Your room has its own compact but fully functioning Ensuite shower, Toilet and Sink , for exclusive use.

Two large wardrobe's ensure you are never short of hanging space and hangers are provided. There is also a large full length mirror.

The House:
Excellent and reliable super high speed broadband and wifi mesh throughout the house so no wifi dead spots. All bills included.

A very large, high end and spacious character house in the quiet leafy Dean Park area and a short walk to many local amenities.
Train station and gym 5 minute walk. Town and local parks 10 minute walk. Beach 15 minute walk.

2 substantial gardens, ample secure off road parking/carport and bike storage. The rear garden benefits from an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area and sunken mexican seating area.

Large kitchen/diner with Island unit. 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 ovens, dishwasher, washer dryer, dry room etc. Ample cupboards/storage. Separate dining room.

Wood flooring and high specifications throughout house.
The house is extremely well maintained with a new boiler to ensure reliable central heating and hot water.

A considerate and tidy household who are respectful of others. Happy with people who want their own space or want to be more social. We are looking for someone short term who will enjoy and respect such a quality home and is considerate of other housemates.

The household are all working professionals.
We have a very well behaved and adorable little King Charles Cavalier.
