The bedroom has a private bathroom next to the bedroom with bath/shower (the other housemate may want to use the bath on occasion). There is a shared kitchen and large living dining area, off street parking (first come first serve) and the flat has access to a small shared garden too.

The flat is fully furnished already but the bedroom is offered on an unfurnished basis. If required the previous housemate could possibly look to leave the bed (small double bed) for a small charge.

Conveniently located in Charminster/ Queens Park and walking distance to Bournemouth train/bus station, town centre, the beach, JP Morgan and Bournemouth Hospital. The flat is also close to bus routes with great public transport connections to Bournemouth Airport, Poole, Christchurch and beyond.

About the other housemate, a friendly and chilled 36 y/o professional female who works full time (Mon-Fri). She has lived in this flat for 5 years and is looking for another professional female also working full time to buddy up with to share this lovely flat and socialise with on occasion.

The room is to be rented as a whole flat so the Landlord asks you to be included on a contract (via Goadsby estate agents) for a minimum of 6 months.
