The house is close to both Talbot woods and Slades farm recreation area (including public velodrome) There are good local shops, supermarkets and bus links to Poole and Bournemouth. The main University campus is a 10/15min walk from the house. It isn’t a party house and our tenants are friendly and welcoming with a variety of interests, but will respect your privacy.
