I have a double room available in a modern house built less than 10 years ago! I have just moved in myself, and am out and about a lot due to work, so looking to find people for the empty rooms.
The house is located very close to the BU Arts Campus, a 5 minute walk, and is also close to Winton high street alongside other amenities. There is space for one car on the driveway, along with plenty of free on road parking and there is also a nice back garden available, perfectly placed for the morning sun!
I am very chilled and laid back regarding who I live with and am happy to make allowances for any requirements you may have, within reason of course!
