Our big cosy house has a single room for moving into immediately for August till the end of September.
Secluded with oak trees set back from the road. We are on the border of Bournemouth and Poole. Bus stop over the road (50 feet) to either town every 15 mins Talbot Uni 5 mins bus. Uni is 28 min walk Bike 6 mins.

The single has wardrobe, filing cabinmate, underbed drawers. It is fully furnished with a comfortable single bed. We have a secondary shower room and toilet. There is a main bathroom with corner bathroom / toilet as well . Could suit a student or some, work relocation, or if relationship broken up immediate room. Vacate strictly 30 September as house sold for October exchange,

Walking to Talbot University 28 mins or by bus 10 mins. Cycle 8 mins. Buses to Bournemouth or to Poole outside house so choice of 2 buses depending on Poole or Bournemouth

We have a very large kitchen with all the kitchenware and tableware you need.
You have your own cupboards and share between a very large fridge freezer. Bright and modern kitchen area, with all excellent NEFF and Miele kitchen appliance oven and microwave.
The living room with Laura Ashley couches joins onto secluded back garden area.. Secluded space.
Gets heaps of lovely sun, though there are trees that shelter the garden from wind.
No smoking in the house but outside is fine if you do.

Your privacy is respected, nobody comes in your room. You are responsible for housekeeping your private spaces and also doing the rest of the house presentable. It is a nice clean house. If you know you are not tidy do not bother. There is no cleaner.

The main bathroom with shower and corner bath and Toilet. There is a washing machine in a utility area separately. Large cupboard storage for utility items throughout. We have a dryer however it is not to be used in Summer as we have drying racks and a clothes line to cut costs.

Professional or Student is welcome to move in..
There is easy parking off the road for 4 cars. Quick exit points out of Bournemouth and Poole.
If you are working throughout surrounding areas of Bournemouth / Poole it is situated for easy exit to surrounding main arteries in and out of the town by car.

We're happy to have a cat but not dogs as we have a cat living with us.

This room does not cover couples.
This room is a lodger agree so we cannot have someone on income support.
