Large room with plenty of storage and you would be welcome to provide your own bed and favourite things if preferred. I live in the first floor flat of a house divided into two flats with a small shared garden in a quiet cul de sac. There is an open plan kitchen/living space, shower room, on road parking and a further room, currently used as a study/spare room. I will be away a great deal with my boyfriend and family so it's less of a share than might be expected. I am looking for a trustworthy, independent and outgoing person. I enjoy socialising, eating out, walking, Yoga, cooking, gardening and travel as well as reading, music and watching documentaries. I belong to a gym (but it's been a while!!). My much-loved dog died last year but a well-behaved cat or dog would be welcome.
