The room is in a very large maisonette with private entrance just of Southbourne High Street. The flat has a large shared living room, fully fitted kitchen and shared WFH office. The room is on the top floor, fits a double bed has high ceilings and fitted wardrobes.

The current flatmates are laid back and easy going, have a mixed WFH and from office schedule. The place is big enough that it never feels crowded and we are respectful of each others space.

We're looking for a professional or mature student. We are sociable and friendly, recognise that people have different ways of being and appreciate a mixed dynamic in the flat.

The most important thing to us both is a clean and tidy home. We are really looking for someone that has that mindset too.
