Hello!

I have a furnished double room available in my newly renovated ground floor flat.

I purchased this property 12 months ago with the intention of getting a lodger for the spare room and I’ve had the flat completely modernised with new units throughout.

I’m a 32 year old working professional and I’m also a professional musician. I’m fairly new to Bournemouth myself as I only moved here a year ago. I’m seeking a down to earth male or female who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful who would prefer to live in a more modern and calm environment as opposed to a large house share or party atmosphere. You will have your own private entrance through the side gate and garden, full access to the flat including the brand new kitchen, bathroom and living room. I have a nice garden too which opens up into your bedroom (I’m actually jealous of this feature myself with spring arriving! ☀️) and plenty of instruments to play if you happen to be musical! All bills are included and there’s easy road side parking.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, but you can do whatever you want/need to the room to make it your own. The room is fully open to viewings in the next week or so and available from end of April/beginning of May (maybe sooner) for when my current lodger moves out.

The flat is situated on the outskirts of Charminster in a really nice and quiet residential area. Absolutely no street noise or disturbances, aside from the occasional visit to the garden from a friendly fox.
