Double en suite room in quiet house

Double room to let with private Toilet in lovely house situated in a tree lined road with woodland at the end with lovely walks. It is very peaceful here with little noise but birds and squirrels! This is coupled with castlepoint , JP Morgan and the hospital being a very short drive away. Queen’s Park golf course is a 6 minute walk and 10 mins in the car to the beach So best of all worlds!
The large double room has a free view TV , broadband and is very clean and comfy and will be newly decorated. Broadband and bills included. There is a lovely secluded front garden to sit and read or relax in and on road parking. There is a modern toilet and basin adjacent to the room for the sole use of the renter. Bathroom with shower is shared as is the kitchen
( There is no use of the lounge here as This is a room to rent not a house share and need my space in the evenings . 🙂but the rental room is a large double so lots of room to relax in ) There are no silly rules just mutual respect . There are no other tenants as this is a home not an HMO.
There are a few rescue animals ( dogs/ cats) all very friendly but need to live with calm people who like animals. There are no new ones coming so no worries there. Please don’t apply unless you genuinely like animals .
My lodgers always stay on if they can and enjoy their stay, they often become friends, the room is only available as my last lodger relocated to Devon. I am easy going and don’t have silly rules. I like to chat every now and then but am respectful that the new lodger needs their own space and time in their new home. Not somewhere for partners to stay or visit unfortunately as security of my home is important to me.
