We are a couple aged 29 and 31 who bought this house last year and it has recently undergone refurbishment.
You will have mostly exclusive use of the bathroom as it is only used otherwise by my partners son (5 years old) who lives here with us 50% of the time and is in bed by 7pm. We also have a very friendly cocker spaniel living here and so liking dogs will be beneficial.
I work as a teacher in a secondary school and my partner works from home. We are very relaxed and very sociable and would of course be very welcoming.
Good public transport links and walking distance from Bournemouth Uni campus.
The house is spacious with two living areas and so there is no chance of feeling like we are all on top of each other. We also have an additional, 3rd living space in an outdoor garden games room.
We would consider couples for £750 a month and those with a dog £680 (and a slightly higher deposit).
