Double Room

Room to let in shared house. Ideally looking for a full time mature student or professional who works full time. While there is no parking there is parking in the street available..

For me renting these rooms is about finding a house mate that will fit in and that I get along with, so the person is as important as the money. I am quiet and work from home 2-3 days per week, I enjoy cooking and I also have a dog so you must be a dog lover to live in the house. The house is friendly, clean, modern and the rooms are peaceful so well suited for individuals who study or want a quiet place to relax. The rooms are fully furnished.

Included in the rent is wifi and bills (gas, electric, water, council tax). There is fully fitted modern kitchen/dining/lounge area with patio doors into an enclosed back garden. There is a diswasher and washing machine and, if needed, we can come to an arrangement regrading cooking utensils, pans and crockery and I can provide clean linen and towels if required.

The single room is equipped with a wardrobe and furnished with Trundle bed. Happy to install a desk and chair if required.

The double room is equipped with a double wardrobe, double bed, side table and chair. However, I am letting this for single occupancy only. Again, if required, happy to install a desk if required.

The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac about 20 minutes walk from Bournemouth University Talbot Campus. The house is also closely located to a large area of protected heathland with plenty of tracks suitable for walking and cycling also nearby.

There are plenty of bus routes available frequently nearby going to Winton, Charminster, Landsdowne, Bournemouth town centre, Poole, etc.

A little further afield, Bournemouth and Poole's award winning beaches are about 10 minutes drive while Poole and Bournemouth town centres are about 15 minutes drive away. The purbecks, Studland and the New Forest national park are all within easy driving distance.
