Hi, we're looking for an easy-going housemate who needs a nice and friendly place to live.

We have two fully furnished, bright double rooms available with plenty of storage and parking, two bathrooms, two lounges so there's plenty of space to unwind and get some downtime after a long day!. All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc) and we also have superfast broadband, Netflix etc.

The house is close to Winton which is ideal for coffees, shopping, drinks etc and local bus routes. Also approx 5 mins drive to the beach and just a few minutes walk to Stokewood Gym (BH Live). There's wardrobes and several cabinets, plus storage under the bed. There's also plenty of storage around the house if you need more. Alternatively there's a desk that can be added/removed for more space. Outside the house, there is plenty of free parking along the whole road (many people have driveways so there's not really any competition for spaces on the road)

We often get asked about house rules - we just try to keep it simple with a relaxed/chilled environment where we're all considerate of one another, we definitely don't have anything overly formal like cooking or bathroom schedules for example.

We're a chilled and friendly household of young professionals, lovers of cooking, watersports, getting outdoors, movie nights, keeping active, and of course the beach! We also like to do stuff as a house every so often (BBQs, firepits, coffees, cheese & wine, brunches etc). The kitchen is a nice spot for social/eating and the house in general is spacious so it's easy to get downtime and personal space when needed.
