Spacious double room on quiet road

Hello,

I have a recently refurbished detached property with a double room available. As I work away, I will only be in the property over weekends meaning.

I am looking for an easy going and professional flatmate who needs a nice and friendly place to live.

The house is close to castlepoint, hospital and jp Morgan. There's a wardrobe, several cabinets and storage available under the beds in each room. There's also plenty of storage around the house if you need more. Alternatively there's a spare desk that can be added to either room if needed. Outside the house, there is a driveway, garage and plenty of off road parking too.
