This lovely, bright big room is in a
3-bed top floor flat in a large Edwardian house conversion. I had been living there for 4 years but moved to London with work. There are glimpses of the sea and Isle of Wight from the bedroom windows - the beach is a few mins walk literally to the end of the road, as is the clifftop! There are large drawers and a large wardrobe in the bedroom. The whole flat is fully furnished with 3 large sofas and a TV in the lounge and the kitchen has a 10-person split-table in it for dinner parties. From the kitchen windows you can look over the rooftops of Alum Chine and see Old Harry Rocks, Studland and the sea. There is a huge fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and cooker, as well as GCH with a thermostat on the landing. I'm looking for a mature professional who'll take good care of the flat, but also someone easy to get along with. You will be flatsharing with two warm, friendly, lovely young professionals - 1 girl, 1 guy. Please note there are 2 flights of stairs to the flat door and no lift.
