Large double room in friendly house, Bournemouth

Hi, my name's Sarah and I have one large double room available from the beginning of August for single occupancy. Our current tenant has been with us for a year, but is moving to London for work. I'm more than happy to do a virtual viewing if you’d like, or equally happy to arrange a viewing at the house!

The room gets lots of light and has a large desk right by the window, perfect for a computer or laptop. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, large chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The room is in a friendly household, which consists of myself, Dan (my husband) and Eric, who is a student and rents out the other spare room. I’m a 32 year old Middle School teacher. My husband Dan, who is 29, is currently working from home, but outside in the summerhouse. We have our own bathroom, so the main bathroom would only be used by yourself and one other tidy/clean male.

The house is a three-bed semi in a quiet area of Northbourne. There is a large south facing garden. It is a non smoking home and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, which there are no restrictions on. It is a clean and quiet home despite the two cats (who are free to come and go, so there is no litter tray) and a quiet small dog, who are all very friendly.

We have recently had a new driveway fitted, but it is only really big enough for two cars. There is plenty of space on the road to park and if you don't have a car there is a bus stop right opposite the house which the 5, 14 and 60 operate from. There are links to Winton, Charminster, Bournemouth, Wallisdown, Poole and Littledown.
