Hi guys.. I’m renting a room in my 4 bed house just a stones throw from Queens Park in Bournemouth. I’ve totally renovated the house so it’s is in excellent order throughout. We’ve got all the normal mod cons (plus a few more), very fast Wifi, lots of space.
The bedroom is a reasonable sized double, quiet room with window to the garden. You will share good size bathroom with two others (shower and bath there) which is directly next to the room upstairs. It can be with or without bed / wardrobe.
I live here with two other house-mate (twenty something guys who both work at JP Morgan close by), my girlfriend and our 2 girls age 4 and 9. I also have 2 dogs and a cat so you must like animals !
Personally I am very much into sports including kitesurfing, running, biking etc.. I travel a lot and spend at least 2 days a week in Brighton.
The house would fit an easy going 20 / 30 something + professional or student! Need to be clean and tidy around the house (in the room I don’t mind) and of course respectful of others. . You will have full use of the whole house and use it as your home.
