The property has on road parking and a secluded garden.
Downstairs is an ample kitchen/lounge area leading onto a patio at the rear of the house. There is also wireless with unlimited high-speed broadband. The house also has washing maching and tumble dryer.
The house is in a great location just off the start of Charminster High Street, with parking on all roads. It is very near Bournemouth and the train station; within walking distance of Bournemouth town centre (and the train station) and is on a main bus route between Poole and Bournemouth.
