Quality Double Room in an Exec House

MON-FRI ONLY 4 NIGHTS

I will have a large double room available to rent weekly between Monday and Friday only. The room has sole use of a large modern shower room located in a lovely large house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. The bedroom and shower room are set on a different floor to the householders so you have your own private space in the house. The bedding and towels are changed regularly and the room is cleaned at the weekend.

Located within a 5 min walk to JP Morgan, a 10 min walk to Royal Bournemouth Hospital and the local bus routes, 20 minutes walk to Pokesdown Railway Station and a 5 min walk to the Littledown Leisure Centre.

I am looking for a professional person who prides themselves on keeping a clean and tidy environment and who is looking for a chilled out space. The room has wifi and is fully furnished including a double bed and plenty of hanging and drawer space. A desk and chair can be added into the room if required for working space. There is access to an ironing room which also has a fridge, microwave and kettle for your own sole use. You can also use the home Gym. There is also private driveway parking if required.
