All bills included. We currently have one room available on the 2nd floor. Single attic room available with 2 windows, with a sink, wardrobe, desk and storage under roof. The 2nd floor contains a communal bathroom (containing shower, basin and toilet) and kitchen for use with 2 other respectful rooms. There is a kitchen on and shower room/toilet on each level of the house. There are laundry facilities on 1st floor, with a £2 per wash meter. The house is on a quiet road close to shops and transport links. To the rear of the property is a paved garden where bikes can be secured.

There are a total of 8 rooms over 3 floors.

Most importantly, we have a very harmonious house and it is very quiet, NOT a party house. .The tenants are very respectful of the communal area. Please email for more information or to arrange a viewing.
