An "Awake" and Truth seeking household looking for new housemates. I have one double Ensuite bedroom to let. It has just been decorated. It has a large bay window with a view over the front of the house. There is off street parking, a beautiful garden and fibre internet.

MAX stay is 4 months

This is a large 5 bed house with a separate annex which has a couple living in. In the main house there is currently myself, a 55yr male and two other tenants The house includes fibre internet, a large lounge with wood burning stove, upstairs sitting room with tv, (family bathroom for the use of the single room only), large conservatory, stunning kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and shower room, Breakfast/Utility room, large decking area and seating area in a brick built fire pit, bike storage in garden shed, off street parking for one car and more... The rooms on offer are in great condition.

I work away often, so this is a unique opportunity for someone that values space and peace and quiet. I intend for there to be a maximum of 3 lodgers and myself in the main house. Therefore there is an opportunity for the right person(s) to share the incredible living space in this amazing house. The most important thing for me is to find someone that I am comfortable with. I would ideally like someone who wants and respects privacy, but also has the ability to be communicative, friendly, interesting and easy going! Face mask wearers need not apply ;-)
