Large double room in flat share

PLEASE NOTE THAT I quite recently painted this room and it still needs finishing off, so this will be completed soon! I will take some more photos in the next couple of days and post them up (once I've done a bit more painting!)

This is the room that I am in currently but myself and my daughter are going away from December so it will be vacant from then onwards. I admit it's rather girly (pink) but I wouldn't be offended if you wanted to re-paint it :-)

It is a huge, clean warm room with an amazingly comfortable king size bed and big bay window.

You would have shared use of the open plan kitchen/living room and bathroom - with just one other person!

Everything is here ready to be used and I've even put a Christmas tree up to make it feel cosy and festive. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a little garden to enjoy when the weather is better :-)

Also the flat has LOADS of storage space! There is even an outhouse.

Couples are welcome but the price will be £675 in this case.
