Room in Newly Refurbished House

Hi.

I have a small double available to in my newly refurbished bungie in Bradpole village for at least the next 12 months - there's just the faint possibility that I'll be selling up then.

I'm looking for a full-time working professional person who goes somewhere to work; I work from home myself so another home worker wouldn't work. Crikey, that's a lot 'of 'works'!

It's a small bungalow so cleanliness (which is apparently next to Godliness) and tidiness are must.

Aside from all that negative stuff, it's a quiet and peaceful place to live. I'm very young for my age, so expect funky sounds occasionally (low volume ones of course) and I might even enjoy hearing yours played (so long as they don't feature Taylor Swift, Arianna Grande or any of the other kiddie-pop nonsense that seems to rule the airwaves). I'm not really a grumpy old git, promise.

Oh btw, I'm a great cook and would be happy to provide occasional home-cooked and healthy (mostly anyway) evening meals for a small additional charge.
