Please note that we only want to rent the twin room to one person, not two people. No pet please.

We are a professional couple with a 18-year old daughter and a very cute cat. My wife is Chinese and I am English. Our 4-bedroom 2-bathroom 2-storey house comes with a big back garden, and it is approximately 2 minute walk to Branksome recreation ground where people play football and do daily exercises, 10 min walk to Branksome train station, bus stop and Bournemouth gardens, 10 minutes drive to Bournemouth beach and Bournemouth town center, 8 minutes bus ride / 15 min bike ride / 35 min walk from Bournemouth university Talbot campus.

Our twin room is spacious, tastefully decorated and fully furnished with matching furniture including double wardrobe, study desk, chair, bedside tables, chest of drawers and mirror. 67MB/ second super fast fiber optic broadband is provided. House rule is no party. . Deposit is £655 and rent is payable one month in advance.

We have hosted a lot of students from local language schools in the past. Having travelled to many countries, we enjoy meeting people from different culture. Our bedrooms are on the first floor with our private bathroom, the tenants bedroom are on the ground floor with a separate bathroom; we are looking to rent the twin room on the ground floor to a university student or a professional individual who is quiet, clean and considerate. Please note that this room is not en-suite and you might need to share the bathroom with someone else who lives in the double room next to you.

You have access to the kitchen + dining + utility room and bathroom on the ground floor. The small living room with TV is not shared to lodgers.
