Double Room in Branksome btween Poole-Bournemouth

available From June 2023 - Strictly no students - room is for full-time employed persons. This room is available for 1 person - 4 nights per week (Mon evening-Frid morning from June 2023. Age 40 years+. Bedroom has been recently decorated. Has new double bed, wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Shared bathroom (spa bath and over bath shower) and use of kitchen. Use of garden area. TV aerial in bedroom so can bring own TV or use ours. There is on road parking nearby. All bills included (apart from landline phone). As we both work we are looking for someone aged over 40 who will not be out partying till late nor bringing friends back to property. We do not mind if you work different shifts each week. We are non-smokers so it is essential that enquirers do not smoke. We have a cat so you must like cats and have no allergies to them. One of us is extrovert and the other is quite shy.
