Walking distance to Tesco, Lidl, Branksome Train Station and Bus Stops on Poole Road.

Both housemates are clean, considerate and sociable professionals in full-time work. Generally quiet although not adverse to some good music from time to time.

We’re looking for someone, male or female, equally clean and considerate who’s looking to move into a home rather than just a shared house that will respect it as their own.

Shared use of single driveway but free parking available on street.

Well behaved pets considered.

Rent = £415 with bills spilt evenly as required, equates to about £500pm all in. Free use of any subscription services logged-on the lounge tv (Netflix, Prime, BT Sport).
