I am an easy going, light hearted 40 something quirky person looking to rent my spare room but as a home for the right person to enjoy. Bathroom, double bed, wardrobe, drawers, seperate own garden area, WiFi, tv, kitchen use, own fridge, parking and storage area. My home is relaxed and peaceful with Obi the dog and Simba the cat being allowed everywhere but will be kept out of the tenants room. Open plan style home with separate bedroom area and I have my own den aside from the shared living area. The right person would be a quieter person with an out of home social life, early mornings over late nights and flexible with my having the odd quiz night with my friends in the lounge! Basically a nice down to earth person who is respectful and communicative around living arrangements. Clean and tidy is a must.
